Your invitation to calm.
What is a Sound Bath?
As you lie back and close your eyes, you are immersed in the soothing vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, chimes and other curated instruments. These sound frequencies gently guide your mind and body into deep rest, healing, and peaceful stillness.
Vibrations of sound waves are absorbed not only by your ears, but by the cells in your body, helping to release tension, reset your nervous system and to restore energetic balance. No effort is needed, simply lie down, breathe, and allow yourself to be carried to a place of stillness and renewal.

Sound is vibration.
Vibration is life.
The practice of sound healing is ancient, with roots tracing back thousands of years across various cultures worldwide. Modern research is now confirming what humans have understood for ages, that sound waves influence the nervous system, brain waves, and cellular health.
Through this practice, you are invited to tune your mind, body and soul to a state of balance, coherence and harmony.
Nikola Tesla once said, “If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.” These elements are present everywhere, both around us and within us. The rhythms of day turning to night, the rise and fall of ocean waves, the waxing and waning moon. A beating heart. The cycle of breath. We live in a world continuously shaped by rhythm and pattern. And it is through energy, frequency, and vibration that deep transformation becomes possible.

"We are stardust, we are golden and we've got to get ourselves back to the garden."
